• Late Payments: Failure to complete payments by the due date may result in suspension of services.

• Cancellation Notice: To cancel a plan, a written notice must be provided via email at least 30 days before the next billing date.

• Final Billing: Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds for partially delivered services.
